| Progressive has instructed sales agents to have all Progressive policyholders contact Progressive directly by phone to report a loss, 24 hours/day 7 days a week. This allows customers to be linked to speak directly to the assigned damage appraiser so arrangements can be made to inspect their vehicle the same day, if possible. |
